Lisa McKeown Insurance Agency Inc., a State Farm independent contractor agent in Crescent City, CA, is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and customer-focused professional to join our team.

As an Agent Team Member, you'll help customers understand their insurance options and protect what matters most to them through auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
Insurance experience is not required. We're looking for a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Required licensing education is provided and paid for.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with customers in our community
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Assist with coverage questions, policy changes, transfers, billing, and insurance options
- Conduct needs-based conversations to help customers find appropriate coverage
- Identify opportunities to recommend insurance products
- Follow up with current and prospective customers
- Work collaboratively with a supportive, goal-oriented team
- Deliver an excellent customer experience every day

Compensation: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
